Used Items
All used items are sold "as-is" and can not be exchanged or returned.


If the product is found to malfunction, do not attempt to fix it yourself if you are not qualified. Send it back to the store and we will repair it  at the shop or directly with the manufacturer. 

If the case is malfunction you can choose to get it repair or refund your money.

If the product is touched by another person or shop to try to fix it before returning it to the store, Knob is not responsible for repair or refund.
